ABOUT EATON SPEED PERFORMANCE

Since 2010, Graham Eaton has worked closely with many Massachusetts league & state champions, as well as high level lacrosse & soccer clubs. While hurdles and track are his specialty, he also provides holistic training sessions & programs for field sport athletes. He believes in the long-term development of athletes though highly individualized programming.Graham believes in meeting the athlete where they are, mastering the basics & tastefully pushing to the edge of their abilities. Creating a durable athlete through smart progression & periodization comprises the heart of his training.


SERVICES OFFERED

We offer the following in-season or out-of-season training options for our clients to help improve athleticism.

ACCELERATION & MAX VELOCITY

Work on generating power off the line through a variety of training options. Learn to run free of errors early to arrive at an upright posture ready to fly.

PLYOMETRICS

Jumps that develop power & coordination as an acceleration support & reactive plyos that develop maximum bounce. Programming includes extensive plyometrics that aim to develop tissue & tendon tolerance & appropriately leveled intensive plyos.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Strength is a support for speed work that aims to increase both force & an athlete's durability.Conditioning is the development of the aerobic system to enhance recovery & work capacity through circuits & rhythmic tempo runs.

HURDLE TRAINING

Improve and blend your sprint speed and hurdle mechanics together, while prioritizing long-term development through various drills. Improve your hurdle start and groove take-off position to maximize your hurdles training.
